-Psychological: When the Vulpes Dulosis is at 4 turns, Traumatize, Random Ability, Traumatize, Random Ability, and 1HKO her before she turns into a fox.

-Biological: Crystallize her until her high defence human form counts down to nothing and kill her in the turn before she turns into a fox.

-Everyone: If you haven't done anything with your points but give yourself strength for the whole game you can kill her WITHOUT any team members if you stun her a lot.

Vivian Vixen's true nature is foreshadowed by the name of her starting buff; "Vulpes" is the latin word for fox. Additionally, "vixen" is the term for a female fox.
She resembles a blade dancer (like Felicity).
Vivian Vixen is likely a reference to the kitsune, a mythological creature in Japanese folklore. The kitsune was said to resemble a fox (often with multiple tails) that often shapeshifted into a human woman to trick others or conceal its true nature - similarly, Vivian Vixen begins in a human form and reverts to her true appearance when sufficiently damaged.
