Frost Lord is an enemy from Oberursel in Sonny 2. It appears to be similar to the Frost Terror in the same zone, the Antagonist from Ivory Line, and the Guardian Form from the Hydraulic Class. The stage it appears in can give the weapon Frosted Fate as a drop.
