Upgrades

• Tier 1: Damage for 160% of the caster's Instinct and recovers 8 Focus per turn
• Tier 2: Damage for 190% of the caster's Instinct and recovers 12 Focus per turn
• Tier 3: Damage for 220% of the caster's Instinct and recovers 16 Focus per turn
• Tier 4: Damage for 250% of the caster's Instinct and recovers 20 Focus per turn

Tactics

Electrical Storm is an extremely useful ability to have, dealing moderately decent damage, requiring nothing for its usage, and recharging Focus after its successful performance. It is highly recommended especially for the Psychological users specializing in Lightning Piercing to obtain this skill.
