• Tier 2: Costs 4 Focus, takes 3 turns to recharge, and reduces target's Focus by 17
• Tier 3: Costs 3 Focus, takes 3 turns to recharge, and reduces target's Focus by 19
• Tier 4: Costs 2 Focus, takes 4 turns to recharge, and reduces target's Focus by 21
• Tier 5: Costs 1 Focus, takes 4 turns to recharge, and reduces target's Focus by 23
